Gabriella Salas resides deep in the heart of Texas. She says writing is her passion, along with various expressions of art. "Poetry comes from within my soul and bleeds through my veins, much like art onto canvas." Artistic by nature and imagist writer with a positive and happy outlook on life.
Farida Samerkhanova lives in Toronto, Ontario. She is the head of a big family, and English is her third language after Tatarian and Russian. Her work has been published in many magazines, like The Maynard, Ygdrasil, Danse Macabre, Word Salad Poetry Magazine, Tower Poetry, Poetry Super Highway, All Girl Thing, Mad Swirl, The Poetry Ark. Some of her poems were included in The Maynard Anthology 2008 (Canada), the collection of poetry Immortal Verses (USA) and in Favourite Memories book of poetry (UK).
Satnrose is a well-known antiquarian bookseller, and formerly a not-so-secret messenger in the innermost depths of Capitol Hill and K Street. He has been published in a number of literary magazines, but since his reincarnation as "satnrose" last year, he has been published in Evergreen Review, Iconoclast, Danse Macabre, Counterexample Poetics, Oysters & Chocolate, Apparatus, Gloom Cupboard, and many others.
G. David Schwartz, the former president of Seedhouse, the online interfaith committee, is the author of A Jewish Appraisal of Dialogue. Currently a volunteer at Drake Hospital in Cincinnati, Schwartz continues to write. His new book, Midrash and Working Out Of The Book is now in stores and online.
Peter Schwartz is a poet, painter, and writer with hundreds of publishings to his credit. Currently he is working on a series of paintings for the Amsterdam Whitney Gallery.
Michael Segal was born in London and he travelled worldwide as a journalist for a British TV company. When he retired, he worked as a freelance writer and translator. He was the co-author of some books for foreign students of English, and he wrote poetry just for fun. He passed away on September 9, 2010.
Mir-Yashar Seyedbagheri is a graduate of Colorado State's MFA program in fiction. The recipient of two Honorable Mentions from Glimmer Train, he has also had work nominated for The Best Small Fictions. His work has been published or is forthcoming in journals such as The Write City Magazine, Fleas On The Dog, Cicatrix Publishing, Rue Scribe, Sinkhole Mag, and 100 Word Story.
Richard Jay Shelton was born in 1946 on a navy base in Coronado, California, but has lived most of his life in Los Angeles. He is a successful artist whose work is in the Smithsonian Institution as well as other museums throughout the country. He has been painting and writing for forty-five years.
Krisette Yap Sia lives in the Philippines. Her work, What It Must Be, was included in the anthology Letters From The Soul (ISBN-0-7951-5160-8), available since summer 2002. In 1999, she came second in an essay writing contest on the theme "The Importance of The English Language", and was a semi-finalist in a poetry competition in 2002. From 1999 to 2001, some of her works were published in The Naked Muses.
Bobbi Sinha-Morey is a poet living in the peaceful city of Brookings, Oregon. Rufus Skeens lives in Bristol, VA, and is a member of the Appalachian Center for Poets and Writers, and the Christian Writer's Fellowship at Highland's Fellowship Church. He has been published in Sow's Ear Review, Appaltalk Magazine, A Country Rag, The Blue Fifth Review, and Insurgent Metaphor, and has works scheduled to appear in other magazines. He has also won several awards (3 first place awards), including the Chautauqua and Virginia Highlands Creative Writing contests. He is a disabled coal miner.
Felino Soriano lives in California where he is employed as a behavioral assistant; he is also currently studying philosophy, a concept of creativity for his poems. Through his occupation, he is able to counsel, create goals with, care for, and learn from developmentally disabled adults. He enjoys listening to classic and avant-garde jazz while writing his poetry. His poetry has appeared or is forthcoming in several online journals such as Blaze VOX, Ann Arbor Review, Ygdrasil, Bewildering Stories, Blue Fifth Review.
David Spicer has had poems in Mad Swirl, Reed Magazine, Slim Volume, The Laughing Dog, A Galaxy of Starfish: An Anthology of Modern Surrealism (Salo Press, 2016), and many other magazines. He has been nominated for a Pushcart, a Best of the Net. He is the author of one full-length collection of poems and four chapbooks, and is the former editor of Raccoon, Outlaw, and Ion Books. He lives in Memphis, Tennessee.
Alex Stolis has started writing again after a long break. He is currently putting together a chapbook of poems.
Lynn Strongin has seven published books, and work in thirty or so anthologies, and many journals both in print and online, like Prairie Schooner, Shenandoah, Blue Mesa Review. Her anthology, The Sorrow Psalms; A Book of Twentieth Century Elegy, was published by the University of Iowa Press. She has also had Two PEN grants, and one NEA creative writing grant.
Ray Succre currently lives on the southern Oregon coast with his wife and baby son. He has been published in Aesthetica, Coconut, and Pank, as well as in numerous others across as many countries.
Daniel Sumrall is currently completing a MFA in Creative Writing at the University of Notre Dame. A regular contributor to Rain Taxi Review of Books, Daniel is also an active contributor to several other e-journals such as 42 Opus, Lightning Bell, Pierian Springs, 3AM Magazine, Moonwort Review and The Hyde Park Review of Books, where his poetry and essays are currently featured or will be forthcoming.
Gwyn Surdivall was an EFL teacher, and she only wrote poetry occasionally. She passed away on December 20, 2000, after a short illness.
