Michael Ernest Lantagne is a neo-beat realist. He was raised in the Providence Rhode Island area and now he is moving to San Francisco to continue his literary career. He is the author of five full length novels and dozens of short stories. "I believe," he says, "that William S. Burroughs should be given sainthood."

Nathan Leslie's fiction and poetry have appeared in over seventy publications including Amherst Review, Wascana Review, Red River Review, Fiction International, The Crab Creek Review, The Sulphur River Literary Review, The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. He completed his MFA at the University of Maryland, where he won the 2000 Katherine Anne Porter Fiction Prize. He was also nominated for the 2002 Pushcart Prize. He is currently teaching writing and literature at Northern Virginia Community College. His first collection of short fiction, Rants and Raves, appeared in January 2003.
Anthony Liccione has won the 3rd Muses Prize-Poetry, Best Poem of Year 2006, with Muses Review. His latest book Please, Pass Me the Blood & Butter is available at Lulu. He has a chapbook published with Scintillating Publishing in autumn 2007.
Duane Locke, Doctor of Philosophy in Renaissance Literature, Professor Emeritus of the Humanities, Poet in Residence at University of Tampa, he has been widely published in many print magazines (e.g. American Poetry Review, Nation, Literary Quarterly, Black Moon) and online e-zines. He is author of 14 books of poems (the latest print book is Watching Wisteria--to order write Vida Publishing, P.O. Box 12665, Lake, Park, FL 33405-0665, US, or Amazon.com or Barnes and Noble). He is also a photographer and painter. He photographs trash in alleys to find beauty in what people have thrown away. As a painter, he had exhibitions at Thomas Center Galleries (Gainesville, FL) and Tyson Trading Company (Micanopy, FL), and a one-man show at Pyramid Galleries (Tampa, FL).
David Lohrey graduated from U.C., Berkeley. His poetry can be found in Softblow, The Blue Mountain Review, Otoliths, Cecile’s Writers, and Quarterday, In addition, his poems have also been accepted as part of anthologies published by the University of Alabama (Dewpoint), Illinois State University (Obsidian), and Michigan State University (The Offbeat). David is a member of the Sudden Denouement Literary Collective in Houston. Recent fiction can be read in Crack the Spine and at In Shades Magazine. He teaches in Tokyo.
Jack e Lorts, retired educator, lives in rural eastern Oregon. He has appeared widely, if infrequently for many years, both in print and online, such places as Arizona Quarterly, Kansas Quarterly, English Journal, High Desert Journal, Chiron Review, Misfit, Locust, Haggard and Halloo, The Poetry Village, verse daily and many other places. Author of three earlier chapbooks, his The Love Songs of Ephram Pratt appeared from Uttered Chaos Press in 2019, which included a poem originally published in Locust.
Kate Ludlow lives in Brisbane, Queensland. She is currently in her final year in her journalism degree at Queensland's University of Technology. Her work has appeared in several university papers, independent newspapers, and a national encyclopedia of young Australian poets. Her influences are D.H. Lawrence, Sylvia Plath, Emily Dickinson and Evelyn Waugh.
