Her work is featured on an urban gospel hip-hop CD produced by Da Ovahflow (Orville Lewinson) entitled The Cornerstone. She has four chapbooks--"Counterterrorist Poems" (2002 Pudding House Press), "Dictation" (2001, Partisan Press), "Uppity Poems" (1999 Alpha Beat Press), and "Commute Poems" (forthcoming from Gravity Presses). She was included in an anthology of the best contemporary American poets, "Seeds of Fire: Poetry from the Other US" (2008, Smokestack Books), and the British Anthology entitled "Emergency Verse" (2011 Caparison Books).
Her poetry has been featured on both regional and national radio programs. She has read at The Teachers and Writers Collaborative, Middlebury College in Vermont, Pace University in New York and The Palace of the Legion of Honor in San Francisco. She sits on the Literary Committee of the National Arts Club, and has done residencies at Yaddo and Vermont Studio Center. The opera for which she wrote the libretto, entitled "Lotus Lives", opened in New York in Spring 2011 and is part of the repertory of Meridian Arts Ensemble.
David Backer is an English and Philosophy teacher at a high school in Washington, DC. He has had stories published in The Houston Literary Review, RagingFace.com, JohnnyAmerica.net, and Wooden Teeth.
Joe Balaz lives in northeast Ohio. He is the author of Domino Buzz, a cd of music-poetry. He is also coauthor, with photo-artist Mary Ellen Derwis, of JOMA-online, an online gallery of concrete poetry and photography. His recent work has appeared in or is forthcoming from Icon, Oregon Literary Review, AdmitTwo, Eleventh Transmission, Right Hand Pointing, Word Riot, and many other publications.
Gary Beck's recent fiction has appeared in such magazines as 3AM Magazine, Fullosia Press, EWG Presents, Nuvein Magazine, Vincent Brothers Review. His poetry has appeared in dozens of literary magazines, while his plays and translations of Molière, Aristophanes, and Sophocles have been produced Off Broadway. His chapbook The Conquest of Somalia will be published by Cervenabarva Press. He is a writer/director of award-winning social issue video documentaries.
Eleanor Leonne Bennett is a 15 year old photographer and artist who has won contests with National Geographic, The Woodland Trust, The World Photography Organisation, Winstons Wish, Papworth Trust, Mencap, Big Issue, Wrexham Science, Fennel and Fern and Nature's Best Photography. She has had her photographs published in exhibitions and magazines across the world including the Guardian (2010), RSPB Birds (2010), RSPB Bird Life (2010), Dot Dot Dash (2010 and 2011), Alabama Coast (2010), Alabama Seaport (2010) and NG Kids Magazine (2010). She was also the only person from the UK to have her work displayed in the National Geographic, and the only visual artist published in the Taj Mahal Review (June 2011) as well as th youngest artist to be displayed in Charnwood Art's Vision 09 Exhibition (2009) and New Mill's Artlounge Dark Colours Exhibition (2011). She was also the youngest to be published in Grey Sparrow Press (2011) and featured in Able Muse (2011)
Jim Bennett lives near Liverpool in the UK and is the managing editor of The Poetry Kit. His most recent publication is a poetry collection called The Man Who Tried To Hug Clouds, Bluechrome Publishing 2004 (2nd edition 2005). Jim teaches Creative Writing at the University of Liverpool and tours throughout the year giving readings and performances of his work.
Dave Benson is from Baltimore, MD, and Madison, WI. He has traveled in Europe, and North and South America, including Colombia, where he lived for 7 years. He writes poetry in English, Spanish and French, and enjoys reading at Mother Fool’s coffee house in Madison, and at the Deforest Public Library in Deforest, WI.
Stephen Bett has had two books of poetry published, Cruise Control (Ekstasis Editions, 1996) and Lucy Kent and other poems (Longspoon Press, 1983). His work has also appeared in over 40 journals in the U.S., Canada and England, as well as in two anthologies.

Byron Beynon lives in Wales. His poems have appeared in numerous publications including Agenda, Chicago Poetry Review, Poetry Wales, Quadrant, The French Literary Review, Poetry Ireland Review and Wasafiri. Recent collections include "Cuffs" (Rack Press) and "Nocturne In Blue" (Lapwing Publications), both launched at the Dylan Thomas Centre. He has also been co-editor of the poetry magazine, Roundyhouse. He was also involved in coordinating the Wales' contribution to the poetry anthology "Fifty Strong" (Heinemann), which was a project to celebrate the fiftieth anniversary of the South Bank Centre's poetry library at the Royal Festival Hall, London. Recent poems have appeared in the anthology "Evan Walters: Moments of Vision" (Seren Books, 2011).
Cortney Bledsoe was born and raised on a catfish farm in eastern Arkansas. He has poems, essays, and short stories published or forthcoming in many journals, including Nimrod, Storysouth, DMQ Review, and Shampoo Poetry.
William C. Blome writes poetry and short fiction. He lives wedged in-between Baltimore and Washington, DC, and he is a master’s degree graduate of the Johns Hopkins University Writing Seminars. His writing has previously seen the light of day in such fine little mags as Amarillo Bay, Marco Polo Quarterly, Prism International, Pure Francis, Salted Feathers, and The California Quarterly.
Shel Bockman is a professor at California State University, San Bernardino. He attended the University of Iowa where he took some poetry/creative writing courses, but stopped writing poetry after receiving advanced degrees in a different field. He has recently started writing poetry again, and has published poems in The Houston Literary Review, A Hudson View, SNReview, A Little Poetry, Boston Literary Magazine, Maverick, Flutter, Words-Myth, and Kupozine.
Ace Boggess from Huntington, WV, is author of one book of poetry, The Beautiful Girl Whose Wish Was Not Fulfilled, published in 2003 by Highwire Press, and several unpublished literary novels currently being shopped to editors. His poems have appeared in such journals as Harvard Review, Notre Dame Review, Poetry East. Currently he is promoting his new CD featuring 13 original songs, many of which can be found on the web as free mp3s.
Daniel Brenner was born in Harrisburg, PA, and graduated from Bard College in 1998. Since 2000 he has been living in Jersey City, NJ, where he has worked as an English teacher and an accountant.
Arthur Davis Broughton has an MFA in printmaking, and lives in northwest Ohio with his wife and two daughters. He is currently doing illustrations, as he says, to support his addiction to fine arts.

William Bryant is a physician in rural southeast Missouri and he writes short stories and poems regarding his experiences with patients in this rural setting.
Janet Buck is a two-time Pushcart Nominee and a recent recipient of The H.G. Wells Award for Literary Excellence, and one of six winning poets in the Kota Press Anthology Contest. She is also the author of four collections of poetry: Calamity's Quilt, Reefs We Live, Bookmarks in a Hurricane, and Before the Rose. She teaches writing and literature at the college level, and her poetry, humor and essays have appeared in very many print journals and e-zines world-wide (e.g. Big Bridge, The Pittsburgh Quarterly, The Recursive Angel, Maelstrom, The Oracular Tree, Poetry Motel, Oracle). "Writing is a private scream with a universal echo," she says.

After many years in central Italy, where she developed her passion for watercolors and poetry, Janet Butler now lives in the Bay Area, California. She currently teaches TESL and Italian in San Francisco, balancing her passion for watercolors and poetry with walks with her dog.
